Our policy on refunds for Pearl Coin purchases.
Pearl Client offers a virtual currency called Pearl Coins, which can be used to purchase digital cosmetic items such as capes within the Software. Because Pearl Coins and the items purchased with them are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds are generally not available — except in the limited circumstances described in this policy.
Purchases of Pearl Coins are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles your payment and may also handle certain refund requests directly. Paddle's own refund terms may also apply.
You may be eligible for a refund of a Pearl Coin purchase in the following circumstances:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your Pearl Client account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a chargeback.
Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for Pearl Coin purchases, some refund requests may be handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their policies. If Paddle processes your refund, your Pearl Coin balance will be adjusted accordingly. We work closely with Paddle to ensure refund outcomes are fair and consistent with this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Pearl Client after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
