By downloading, installing, or using Pearl Client (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms apply to all users of Pearl Client, including users who purchase Pearl Coins.
Pearl Client is a Minecraft launcher application that provides features including one-click world hosting, Fabric mod management, in-game cosmetics (capes), rank pearls, and a virtual currency called Pearl Coins. The Software is operated by Pearl Client ("we", "us", or "our").
Pearl Client is an unofficial third-party launcher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to use the Software.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pearl Client. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Pearl Coins are a virtual currency used within Pearl Client to purchase digital cosmetic items such as capes. The following terms apply to Pearl Coins:
Certain features of Pearl Client require you to connect your Minecraft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Pearl Client provides a world-hosting feature that makes your Minecraft server accessible via a yourname.pearlclient.com subdomain. You are solely responsible for the content of your hosted world and for ensuring that your hosted server complies with Minecraft's End User Licence Agreement and these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate hosting for any world that violates these Terms.
Pearl Client and all associated software, logos, and content are the property of Pearl Client and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Software without our prior written permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
Pearl Client is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl Client shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pearl Client at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. Any unused Pearl Coins may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Software or our website. Your continued use of Pearl Client after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
